After clinching victory in the fourth round of the Swedish Touring Car Championship (STCC), Thed Björk has further expanded his lead in the overall standings. The Audi driver in his A4 STCC had started the race from second place on the grid. The decision was made in the pit stop phase. Björk pitted first, followed by strong lap times which gave him a sufficient advantage to get in front of polesitter Robert Dahlgren. In the Championship Björk now has a ten-point lead.
