Never really been a fan of adapters myself. Spacers are one thing, but they're too much. I'd rather find the correct wheels for my fitment. | |

Beware of S-Line reps, all B6 S-Line's are 1.8T's, people will try to convince you they have a 1.9 TDi S-Line, but they don't. It's just a GmbH bodykitted Sport! |

I've never had a problem with it, but a lot of people find it arse about face!
If it helps, think of it as ECONOMY MODE, when this is ON the a/c is OFF. |

Sounds like the clutch switch.
Do you have cruise control? If so, I bet it doesn't work. |

I think you'll need to extract the milk using a K'Archer/Vax type cleaner, this will push water into the fabric and then suck it out, and if you do it enough it should 'flush' the mil ... |

That's it yes, I use AVS (Audi Variable Servicing) which for me works out every 9k. If I had the 1.8T then I'd swap the oil and filter every 6k.
I wouldn't let that mileage worry you if the service ... |

As Andy says the 1.8T is infamous for suffering from a blocked oil pick up which will starve the top end of oil and wreck it. This is caused by sludge building up from the longlife ser ... |

Hmmm I can see your concerns. Maybe a smear of vaseline (or something more appropriate?) along the top of the window would to prevent it freezing to the hood? | |
