Saw this gorgeous set of 17" alloys on eBay, didn't meet reserve so I called sellers direct and was offered a set with part-worn tyres for £500. Are they really OE or after-market? I'm planning on putting them on my A6 Avant soon-ish, I'll post some photos when they're done.

I think these are the same wheels on a US Spec A6, you can see the full size image in the Gallery

For info the seller was Monty's Wheels & Tyres in the Midlands. Contact's name is Justin.

Hi All

Have seen hits to our site via this forum, so thought I'd better sign up!!!

The website (www.xyzlive.com/montys) is NOT ours. Someone tried to scam us about a year ago. Our official site, as stated above, is www.montyswheelsandtyres.com.

If you have questions about wheels and tyres for any type of Audi car, please do not hesitate to ask.

I look forward to hearing from you all.

Justin

Andy: As Justin's now pointed out that the link in my post above is bogus, perhaps you could delete it(the link, rather than the post). Any chance of us being given ability to edit our OWN posts? Eh
