Hello,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

Switched my rear wiper on a few days ago and it moved 90 degrees to vertical position then stopped.

Checked fuse - OK.

Checked volts on the 4 cores at the connector at the rear wiper motor assembly and they remain the same whatever the position of the steering column stalk.

I want to check the relay controlling the rear wiper but do not know where it is located. Does anybody know where it is ?

Does anybody have a copy of the wiring diagram for the rear wiper ?

Cheers,

FFC57

Did you get this fixed?

Had the same problem, easy fix once you get the trim off.

Hi ffc57,

Think it could be the other way round - I believe the the pipe is meant to rotate with the arm, the water tube rotating joint is at the rear of the wiper motor as part of the right angle plastic connector, suspect the silicon stopped it from rotating and the pipe fractured where the corrosion had weakened it.

My pipe didn't break but a leaking seal allowed washer fluid into the gearbox which rusted it solid, once I'd free'd & cleaned that up its worked OK (that was 2 years ago).

Regards
Dave
