Mine's got a suspect leak too. I've got a better looking one off a scrapper, so we'll see how well it works with that fitted. Otherwise I'll be in the same boat as you. |

I've just replaced mine with one from Here
The first one arrived well packaged but with the threads for the two sensors badly chewed up and some of the gills broken. A quick phone call had a replacement one on the way which arrived a couple of days later with the duff one collected at the same time.
The second one is much better but the filler is on a slightly different angle to the OE one meaning I had to remove the headlight trim to let Kwak Fit refill the system.
Total price including delivery worked out at £116.97
I also replaced the receiver dryer and thermal expansion valve at the same time with parts from the same place. No problem with the dryer but the expansion valve was a bit different from the OE one I removed and had to be fitted back to front.
Although it might sound like this firm isn't supplying top quality parts first time I do at least now have working climate for the first time since I bought the car and they were very good about replacing the damaged condenser without a quibble. |

In the end was not my air-con system , was the pipes going to the power steering cooler that runs right next to it , must have been knocked when the cam-belts were done , they were a bit loose , so replaced 2 clips and all working fine , air-con works and no leaks
The power steering fluid and the air-con oil is the same colour |
