Project UR-Quattro Value

I'm thinking about getting a project Audi UR-Quattro as a father-son project. I understand the cost associated with fixing them but I really don't mind. Anyway, what would a project car of this type go for, in the U.S.?
On an unrelated note, could UR-Quattro parts be put on a Coupe Quattro (like M3 parts on a 3 series)?

The US only got the ur quattro for 3 years 83-85.

No idea about values I'm afraid but they really can be money pits. They rust and then they rust some more. Some parts are hard to get over here in Europe so I can imagine it will be just as hard if not harder over there.
