part number for ecu terminals

Howdy all!

Bit of a long shot given the reduced traffic on here, but does anyone have a part number or specification to enable me to get some terminals for the 55pin plug that connects to the ecu?

I'm belatedly trying to follow Bladerunners instructions for TDI cruise control retrofit, but I'm having issues finding all the parts I think I'll need.

Any hints or tips folks?

Did you manage to get the retrofit sorted? I'm just about to do the same thing myself and may be able to help with the pin spec. I also have acquired (with the stalk I bought from ebay) a print out of the cruise control sticky (printed in 2011!) with all of Bladerunners photographs in it. I'll try and scan it and upload it on here.

Hi Rob,
I didn't in the end, I've still got the bits, though i've since learned there's 2 types of stalk that look the same, but only one is a swap in replacement.
I did have a chat with someone at Tycho (connectors) regarding some other hard to find terminals (round ones used on lighting connectors) and they were apologetic but unhelpful, saying essentially OEM part numbers are privileged information that can only be shared with Audi. I'm fairly sure that the pins on the ECU are far more common though, and I reckon I've something that might fit, even if it's not got the audi part number stamped on it.

it's definitely on my to do list - so if you could share what information you have it would be very well recieved Smile
