Trying to find my transmission control module (unit) on my 94 cabriolet as VAG-COM says it's getting no response from it. Any ideas anyone as my auto box is stuck in 3rd when going forwards.

Thanks Audicted. Superb info and really useful. Fault code found now which apparently is a printed circuit board inside the gearbox which is being sorted in the next few days by a specialist gearbox bloke near me.

Thanks again.....any good with roofs lol?

The "sticky" (FAQ) on the roof troubleshooting is pretty good. It has solved all my problems to date.
