According to Audi, the new A4 Avant is far more than just a nice station wagon. Though by saying this, the car manufacturer from Ingolstadt for sure did not mean Abt Sportsline's version, the new Abt AS4 Avant confirms this statement to 100 per cent all the same. But as a matter of fact there is a lot more to the model from Kempten than it just being a nice representative of its class. The renowned Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) in the USA has awarded the Audi A4 its highest rating of "Best Pick". This result is the outcome of a side crash test which the Ingolstadt-built saloon completed in the USA. This means that together with its result in the frontal crash performed at 64 km/h, the A4 has earned the top rating of "Double Best Pick". Read More...

The Audi A4 DTM Edition is making its debut at the Leipzig AMI. This special model celebrates Audi's achievements in the DTM (German Touring Car Masters) series: in the 2004 season, Audi took all three titles on offer, winning the drivers', team and manufacturers' trophies. The A4 DTM Edition will appeal to customers who want an even stronger emphasis on sportiness, building on the already fundamentally sporty production model. quattro GmbH, which has developed this model, exhibited a study version of the DTM Edition of the new A4 at the Essen Motor Show last November. At the heart of the latest RS 4 quattro is a naturally aspirated 4.2-litre V8 petrol engine featuring FSI direct petrol injection for the first time in an eight-cylinder Audi. The ultra-efficient unit delivers 420PS, equating to a highly impressive specific output of just over 100PS per litre, combined with maximum torque of 430Nm at 5,500rpm, 90 per cent of which is available from 2,250rpm all the way to 7,600rpm.

Cabrio are specialists in providing parts for convertible vehicles of all makes and models from Alfa to Volvo.

The A4 hardtop is not currently available through the dealer network, only through UK distributor, due to Audi dealers being reluctant to display details customers and salesmen are unaware the hardtop exists, therefore they have asked us to advise our members/users via this site.  Read More...
