Nokia Speakers In 80

Hi I have been investigating the Speakers fitted in the rear of my 80 salon, they are Nokia ones, I have fixed the Braided Wires and they now work.

But I do have a question that would be great if some one could answer for me:
On the speakers there are 3 sockets.
1,Top one has the Speaker Inputs form Head unit
2,Middle has Nothing plugged into it (inside the socket there is 2 terminals)
3,Bottom Socket has the Tweeter outputs coming out of it.

My question is Does anyone know what the Middle (no2) socket is for, I was wondering if this is the AMP wiring Plug and I am Missing that for some reason or ??

If anyone has any Ideas it would be really appreciated.
(if it is the AMP supply does anyone Know which Wirer goes to each terminal, so I can make up a harness.
