Leaky door rubbers

Hi All.
I have a 1995 Coupe which lets water in like a runing tap. I have taken the carpets out and removed the bungs out of the floor so the water can run out. Does anyone know where I can get some new door rubbers or how to stop them letting water in.

are the rubbers torn? i know on my 80 the doors wheren't fitting well after all the years of use, are yours ok? maybe this isn't helping. i have seen the rubbers come up on ebay, or maybe you could ask someone breaking one to sell you the rubbers. if you post this in the mk3 4 and coupe forum you may get more help

Cheers. I all so have an another one that I will be breaking but they leak aswell.

when the doors are closed if you press them in, how much do they move?, the reason i say this as parts get worn maybe the lock is not holding the door tight enough to the rubbers, maybe moving the latch on the door post may help? ( mark it so you can return it to original possision if needed)
