iPod connection to the A6 (C6 - 4F) 2.4 v6 SE

Hi,
Is there a way of connecting an ipod to the music system in the 2005 A6 (C6 - 4F) car?

I cannot see a USB connection and there are numerous leads for sale on the internet but the connector to the music system is not a USB connection, so not sure where it would connect.

The car as an audi 6 cd interchanger in the glove box, does it connect there and if so, where - help?

Thanks I will do, Audi UK say there is no way to connect an ipod, but I cannot believe that!
