s4 sd card problem

hello my mmi has two sd card slots but when I insert an sd card with mp3 it keeps saying loading & nothing happens
can anyone help please

Are you using a standard SD card or an SD-HC type? You can tell as instead of just SD, the card will say SD with a small HC underneath the text.

My RNSE doesnt accept and SD HC type cards but works fine with normal SD non-HC cards. Not sure about the newer models though.

I find that I can get around 20~30 albums on decent MP3 quality on a 2gb Card and I have two slots.
